Jessica Webster, LCPC has always been interested in psychology and how the brain reacts to different events in life. Her passion is working with her clients to assist them throughout their time of pain and find a path to healing together. Throughout her education, she learned that no singular approach in therapy is sufficient for every person. For this reason, she has adapted an integrated approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic, Client-Centered, and Solution-Focused modalities. She works with you to assess your individual needs, adjusting as necessary to meet your therapeutic goals.

Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, University of Texas at Arlington 2012

Life is about change. Sometimes it's painful. Sometimes it's beautiful. Most of the time, it's both.

OUR MISSIONFinding Life Balance

Balance is not a destination, but a constant journey. You might feel out of balance from time to time, and that’s okay.

Don’t approach it with a perfectionist mentality; accept the good enough. Expectations make us lose balance. High-wire artists make progress one step at a time. That’s why they don’t fall — they don’t worry about perfect; they only focus on moving forward to their destination.
